The Centre for Islamic Shi‘a Studies (CISS) would like to invite you to the second lecture of our Shi‘i Narratives of Formative Muslim History Seminar Series that is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 26 October 2011, 7.00pm at Senate House (University of London). The lecture will be delivered by Professor Mohammad Ali Amir-Moezzi (École Pratique des Hautes Études) on the subject of ‘Kitāb Sulaym b. Qays al-Hilālī and Kitāb al-Qirāʼāt by al-Sayyārī: History and Scriptures through the Study of some Ancient Shīʽī Texts’.
